Tourism(including tourism driven construction and manufacturing)Account for about 60% of the Caribbean Nations GDP, 85% of which come from the United States. The current downturn in the Caribbean Wine and Spirits market is seasonal , but much slower than usual, as a direct result of the world-wide recession, as the sector contracts more in 2009.
